It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of applicant No. 3 / original claimant Rohini Purushottam Kulkarni. 2.

Heard Mr. L.C. Patil, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. A.M. Gaikwad, learned counsel for respondent No.3 / acquiring body. 3.

The original claimant No.3 Rohini Urushottam Kulkarni died on 27.07.2020 leaving behind the legal heirs as shown in para No.2 of the application. The copy of heirship certificate issued by the competent Civil Court is also placed on record to that effect. The application needs to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The appellant is hereby directed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased / claimant No.3 Rohini Purushottam Kulkarni by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within six (6) weeks from today.
