Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition takes exception to the order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Regular Civil Suit No.188 of 2016 below Exhibit-72 by which prayer of petitioner for addition of the party was rejected. Learned counsel submits that now the R.C.S. No.188 of 2016 is disposed of vide judgment and order dated 14.2.2025.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Writ Petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
