By the present application, the petitioner is seeking amendment to the writ petition as per paragraph No. 5 therein. The petition is at pre admission stage.

Perusal of the application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for granting leave to the petitioner to carry out amendment. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
