This petition has been filed seeking directions to the Police Inspector of Economic Offence Wing (EOW) to register an F.I.R. based on the report/representation dated 21.3.2023. 3.

In our view, the petitioner has equally efficacious alternate remedy in the nature of an application for seeking order under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. He may avail the same, if so advised. 4.
