Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file reply to the notice before the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad within three weeks from today. He further prays that, the petitioners may be protected for two weeks in case an adverse is passed by the Sub Divisional Officer. It is also prayed that the concerned authority may be directed to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with

557.15crwp liberty to the petitioners to contest the proceedings before the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad by filing reply. After filing reply by the petitioners and other parties to the proceedings, the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad shall decide the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today. It is needless to observe that all the concerned should be given an opportunity of hearing.

In case, an order adverse to the petitioners is passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad, the same shall not take effect for three weeks from the date of communication of the said order to the petitioners. We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.
