He submits that during pendency of present Application, the Investigating Officer has filed the Charge-Sheet before the court of law. In that view of the matter, he has instructions to withdraw the present application. He prays that, liberty be given to the applicant to file application for bail afresh before the trial court. 2.

Prayer of the learned counsel is accepted.

Application No.2151/2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant is at liberty to file an application for bail, afresh before the learned trial court in view of the subsequent filing of the charge sheet. Criminal Application is disposed of.
