Mr.Khandare, learned Advocate submits that in view of consistent decisions of this Court, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to apply once again for appointment of a Court commissioner at an appropriate stage. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
