This is the Application filed by the Respondents in the Appeal for correction in the middle name of Respondent No.1A i.e. Shashikala Govind Zinjurde.

According to the learned Advocate for the Applicants, middle name of Shashikala Govind Zinjurde was wrongly typed as 'Govind' instead of 'Gokul' and it was typographical error. He submits that the Application for correction of the same may be allowed. 3.

None for Respondent No.1, though served.

The learned AGP for the State submits that appropriate orders be passed.

On hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the State and on going through the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B'. The necessary correction be made within a period of two weeks. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
