The petitioners are before this Court. In one writ petition, the parties have filed two separate compromise. The Court raised a question how there shall be two settlement in one writ petition. Since the nature of the property was different, the Court directed the Registrar (Judicial) to verify the legality of the settlement. The Registrar (Judicial) placed his report contending that the parties needs to produce all relevant documents before the opinion as regards the legality of the settlement can be given finally. 2.

Thereafter, learned counsel Mr. Barde requested the Court to hear him on the facts how the compromise has been arrived at. The Court again raised a question how there can be two

6-wp-4696-2022.odt (2) settlement in one writ petition. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioners (who are present in the CourtU+0029 on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted to withdraw the petition without accepting the compromise on record. 3.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
