As and when vacancy of class III or IV would occur in respondent No.1 and 2 - Institution, respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground on priority. Needless to observe that since the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground, the general ban imposed by the State Government on recruitment may not be applicable to petitioner's case and,

4557.16wp therefore, the Education Officer can consider the request of respondents No.1 to 3 for filling up the vacancy of Class III or IV post on compassionate ground.

With the above observations, petition stands disposed of.
