Mr.Bajaj, learned counsel states that the petitioner is dead. Mr.Bajaj, learned counsel further states that in fact, the grievance of the petitioners stands settled as far as the benefit U/s 34 of the Land Acquisition Act, is concerned. Mr.Patil, learned counsel accepts that as far as benefit U/s 34 of the Land Acquisition Act, is concerned, the said grievance has been meted out. 3.
We are not considering the petition with regard to the relief U/s 23-1A of the Land Acquisition Act. For the same, the petitioners have remedy available.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule
discharged. No costs.
