Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to take decision on the representation tendered by him in respect of the malpractices committed by responsible officers while enforcing Rozgar Hami Yojna, a beneficial scheme for providing employment to the rural unemployed.

An affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 wherein it has been disclosed that a detailed enquiry has been conducted by the Assistant Director, SDF, Nanded on 30.05.2015 and the report has been submitted to the Deputy Director who has forwarded the same with appropriate recommendations to the Collector. The Collector, on consideration of the report and in accordance with the recommendations made therein, has proceeded to take action against respondent no. 8 and,

Since cognizance of the complaint tendered by petitioner has been taken and an appropriate action of termination of services of respondent no. 8 has also been taken, the grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands substantially redressed.
