The learned A.G.P. submits that the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Beed, on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner has asked the Special Auditor, Class-II to inquire into the matter under letter dated 18.4.2017 and has also issued further letters.

The District Deputy Registrar would further instruct the Special Auditor to expedite the proceeding.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
