This appeal is placed before the Lok-Adalat by the Appellant.

Mr. S.G. Sangle, learned Advocate for the Appellant acquiring body submitted that the above numbered appeal is squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna2014/pra.kra.41/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, this appeal can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing present appeal.

Mr. S. G. Sangle, learned Advocate for the appellant acquiring body submits that if the amount of compensation is not deposited before this Court or before the Reference Court then

-2the same shall be deposited in reference Court, within a period of six months from the receipt of this order. After depositing said amount in the reference Court, the claimants are entitled to withdraw the same. It is further clarifed that, in case, any amount is lying with this Court, then the same shall be transmitted to the reference Court. The reference Court shall disburse the said amount to the original claimants on their applications. The claimants are at liberty to make an application before the reference Court and withdraw the said amount. 5.

The above numbered First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Civil Application/s, if any, stands disposed of. 7.
