It appears that pursuant to the orders of this court, measurement of land bearing gut no. 99 and 120 is carried out and the report has been placed on record. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it appears that instead going into rival claims, the situation can be salvaged by passing following order.

ORDER

i) The suit proceedings to go on expeditiously and the trial court to dispose of the suit as early as possibly preferably within a period of nine months

ii) During the pendency of the suit interim relief in writ petition as obtaining today be continued. iii) It is open for the parties to take up all contentions as are possible in the facts and circumstances and in law.
