Heard Mr. Katneshwarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner assails the order of appointment dated 23.01.2015 issued by the respondent No. 3 in favour of the respondent No. 4.

It would appear that the said appointment was temporary and only till 31.03.2015 that is for a period of two months. The said period of appointment is also over.
