Mr. Munde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Corporation is not giving benefit of protection in respect of payment and is also not regularizing the services. The petitioner has already given representations (Exh. D Collectively). However, no decision is taken on the same.

Mr. Karad, the learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that the respondent No.5 would take decision on the said representations on its own merits in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner be permitted to file additional documents before the authorities. 4.
Considering the above, we pass the following order:- I.
Respondent No.5 shall decide the representations given by the petitioner (Exhibit D collectively) and take decision on the same expeditiously, preferably within three months. The petitioner is at liberty to file documents before the concerned authority. The authority shall also consider the said documents filed by the petitioner.
II.
Writ petition is disposed of.
III.
In view of the disposal of writ petition, civil applications are also disposed of.
