PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Mundhe, learned counsel for petitioner submits that, proposal is forwarded by the Block Education Officer to the Education Officer for considering the previous service rendered with the private Grant-in-aid institution and to consider the grant of pay scale.

Learned counsel Mr. Gaikwad for the Zilla Parishad submits that the authorities would decide the said proposal in accordance with law. In light of that, we pass following order.

ORDER

The respondent shall decide the proposal (Exh.'A' collectively) of the petitioner, with regard to considering the services rendered with the private grant in aid institution and about the difference in pay scale, on its own merits, and in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
