Mr Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under provisions of section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 in respect of challenge to the order dated 18th March, 2013. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be considered under section 14 of the Limitation Act. 2.

All the points on merits are kept open.
