Civil Application No.8188 of 2023 is filed for condonation of delay of 199 days caused in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the said application is allowed and disposed of. 2.

Civil application No.8189 of 2023 is filed for stay. The learned Advocate for the applicant/ appellant has produced on record the order dated 23/07/2021, passed in FAST No.10134 of 2021, wherein this Court had granted ad interim stay subject to deposit of 75% of the amount under the award. In view of the order passed in connected matter, there shall be stay to the execution of award on condition of deposit of 75% of amount under the award along with interest accrued thereon till date within a period of twelve weeks from today.
