Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, the Collector has considered the application of the petitioners and the same is forwarded to the State Government on 26.10.2010, however, no decision is taken by the Revenue and Forest Department (Rehabilitation) since then. 3.

In light of the above, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the State i.e. Revenue and Forest Department (Rehabilitation) to take decision on the proposal dated 26.10.2010, forwarded by the Collector in respect of the case of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of this order.

Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader shall communicate the present order to the concerned Department.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
