By these applications, the applicant - appellant is seeking stay to the execution to the judgments and awards passed by the M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar, which are impugned by way of appeal filed by the appellant.

Learned counsel on instructions submits that the applicant -appellant shall deposit the amount in terms of award within eight weeks from the date of this order.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to condition to deposit the amount in terms of award within eight weeks from

960-CA-4772-2019 (+1) the date of this order. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the relief granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' shall stands vacated without further reference to the Court. 5.

The applications are disposed of in above terms. 6.
