The application for withdrawal of amount is objected by the respondents on the ground that rights of the parties are pending adjudication before this Court.

Upon considering the rival claims and having regard to the order passed by the learned District Judge, particularly awarding compensation and for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to condition that the applicants shall furnish an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar
