This application is in fact a Review Application requesting the Court to review the order dated 06-09-2019 and either modify the same or recall the same.

The learned Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application on instructions since the applicant desires to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against those violating the terms of settlement, that were placed before this Court as reflected from order dated 06-09-2019 and the applicant further desires to initiate the recovery proceedings.

In view of the above, this application is disposed off. Needless to state that the applicant would be at liberty to avail of the
