Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondents No. 1 to 5.

Perused the application. It has been submitted that applicant Insurance Company made endeavour to trace out the correct forwarding address of respondent No. 6, but all efforts did not evoke result. Eventually, appellant preferred the application seeking permission to serve notice to respondent No. 6 through paper publication. In view of attending circumstances and reasons mentioned in the application for service of notice to respondent No. 6 through paper publication, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "C". The applicant to serve notice to respondent No. 6 through paper publication. Registry to do the needful to facilitate the appellant for service of notice to respondent No. 6 through paper publication as prayed for.
