We have heard Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have given representation to the respondents for considering them by the old pension scheme. The Corporation be directed to forward the same to the Government. 2.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that, in view of the Government Resolution of 2005 the stand of the Corporation is that the petitioners may not be entitled for the said benefit.

The Corporation may forward the application of the petitioners (page No. 46) to the State Government along with its recommendations/notings, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The State Government may take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
