We have heard Mr. Sontakke, the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, employment was for the post at Goa. 3.

In view of that, no part of cause of action can be said to have arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file the petition before the appropriate forum. All contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
