Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the break in service of 131 days has been condoned by the competent authority.

In view of the break in service being condoned, prayer clause (B) would not survive.

Upon condonation of break in service, it will be for the concerned authority to process the pension papers including the retiral benefits. In case the pension papers are not processed, the same shall be processed expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months. The petitioner may comply with the documents if so required by the Respondents.

With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
