20.08.2019 P.C. :- The petitioner is assailing the order dated 29.03.2019 allowing one Mr. Umewsh Patil to officiate as an In charge Headmaster for signature purposes. The life of the said order has also come to an end with the passage of time.

It has been brought on record that Mr. Bhat is not interested in officiating as a Headmaster. It is further submitted that Mr. Bhamre and Mr. Savale have retired on attaining the age of superannuation. It is the contention of the petitioners that Mr. Shete has resigned as the Headmaster. According to the petitioner, he is the senior most now to be appointed as a

We have also heard Mr. Hon the learned senior advocate for the institution.

The respondent-institution shall submit the proposal of the senior most teacher apart from those who have declined to officiate as Headmaster for the post of Headmaster preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
