1] These appeals are placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.V.B.Virdhe, learned AGP for the appellant - State, Mrs.Manjusha Migkar, Additional Collector, representative of Collector Office, Beed and Mrs.Namrata Chate, Sub Divisional Officer, representative of collector office, Beed are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2018, the State Government is withdrawing these Appeals.

5] First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

6] Court fees be refunded as per Rules.

7] Learned AGP submits that there are three other appeals of the same parties for the same relief, inadvertently, have been filed and those appeals are not on board today.

8] The office is directed to verify the name of the parties and the reliefs sought. If the name of parties and relief sought are tally, those Appeals are also disposed of accordingly.
