Heard Mr. Shinde, learned A.G.P., who submits that the appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest in this court, and therefore, prayed to stay the execution and operation of the impugned award.

For the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed, on the condition that the appellant/applicant shall deposit entire amount of compensation together with interest in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
