Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned counsel appears for respondents and submits that, the valuation of the suit and appeal is Rs. 23,70,000/-. In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, matter now would be within realm of District Court. The learned counsel submits that, the matter would now lie before the District Court, Nanded.
