Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner has moved the present application for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the compromise deed (Exh.A to the application). 2.

The order in relation to revenue entry, which is questioned in the writ petition, is passed by the competent Revenue authority. As such, the writ petition stands disposed of taking note of the settlement arrived at. Civil Application, therefore, stands disposed of. 3.

It will be open for the parties before this Court to approach the competent authority for modification of entries in terms of settlement.
