The applicant-insurer seeks to condone the delay of 35 days caused in filing the appeal against the Award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. None appears for respondents.

Having considered the submissions and reasons as stated in the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 35 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off.
