Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Returning Officer, on instructions, submits that the video recording and the other necessary documents pertaining to the election are already preserved under the Court's order and the respondent-Returning Officer undertakes to produce the same before the court below if it is so directed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by directing the court below to dispose of the Election Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with directions to the court below to dispose of the Election Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of this order. So far as the video recording and the other relevant documents pertaining to the election are concerned, the Returning Officer shall produce the same before the court, if so directed. It is for the court below to pass appropriate order at the conclusion of hearing of the Election Petition about recounting of votes, if so required. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. ( V.
