The petitioner's proposal for grant of approval to his transfer effected under Rule 41 and 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, is pending with respondent no. 2 since 13.09.2024 (Exh. A).

3. The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's proposal, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within six weeks, however, without referring to the Government regulation dated 29.04.2024 and the circular dated 03.10.2024.
