3] The learned AGP appearing for the applicants submits that the reply is already filed on behalf

2 53-ca5068-16.odt of applicants/original respondents and an amount of Rs.20,000/- is also deposited by them in the Registry of this Court towards costs. He, therefore, prays to recall the order dated 29th March, 2016 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition.

4] In that view of the matter, since the orders dated 1st March, 2016 and 29th March, 2016 have been complied with by the presents applicants/original respondents, the order dated 29th March, 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition, issuing show cause notices to the applicants is hereby recalled. Notices are discharged.

5] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the Writ Petition, graciously submits that out of the total amount of costs deposited by the present applicants, 50% amount may be given to the Library, High Court Bar

3 53-ca5068-16.odt Association and 50% amount be given to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. 6] Accordingly, we direct that out the total amount of costs deposited by the applicants, Rs.10,000/- be given to the Library, High Court Bar Association and Rs.10,000/- be given to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad 7] Civil Application No.5068 of 2016 stands disposed of.

8] Writ Petition be listed on 27th April, 2016.
