Since there is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as, the petitioner seeks directions to the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months, we dispose of the Petition with direction to the Revisional Authority to decide the pending revision, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within eight months from today.

Needless to observe, the petitioner shall extend full co-operation for early disposal of the Revision.
