The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body in pursuance of order passed by this Court. My attention is adverted to the order passed by Coordinate Bench dated 27th October, 2022 in Civil Application No. 6922 of 2020 permitting the claimant therein to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on certain conditions. I propose to follow the same course. 2.

The civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount
