Contempt Petitions at Sr.Nos.1 to 5 are not on the board. At the request of the petitioners, these Contempt Petitions are taken on the Production Board and heard together along with Contempt Petition No.450/2022.

It is contended that the directions issued by this Court below paragraph 3 vide order dated 05.03.2020 in Writ
*3* Petition No.9213/2013 filed by the petitioner, has not been complied with by respondent No.2.

The learned AGP submits that similarly situated petitioners as like the present petitioners had approached this Court in Contempt Petition No.327/2022 and connected Contempt Petitions (Rakesh Vasant Vasave and another vs. Anup Kumar Yadav and others). By order dated 01.07.2022, this Court had issued directions in paragraph 8 vide order dated 01.07.2022. Paragraph 8 was corrected by further order dated 18.07.2022. The present petitioners would also be covered by the said order since it was not restricted only to those petitioners, but also included similarly situated candidates like the present petitioners. 4.
In view of the above, all these Contempt Petitions are disposed off with the same directions contained in paragraph 8 of the order dated 01.07.2022 (corrected by order dated 18.07.2022).

The learned AGP shall communicate this order to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.
