We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner. According to the learned counsel, legal action be taken against Respondent Nos.3 to 6 by lodging the criminal prosecution and to restore the use of road.

We have heard the learned AGP also.

The petitioner had filed application under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act. The same was allowed. Subsequently, the order passed by the Mamlatdar is executed. The grievance of the petitioner is against the obstruction made by the Respondents. In that case, the petitioner has appropriate remedy available. The petitioner may take up the proceeding as may be permissible under law.
