The matter was referred to mediation and parties have arrived at a settlement. As per the compromise terms parties have agreed to take divorce by mutual consent. The compromise terms duly signed by the parties before mediator are placed on record, they are marked 'X' for identification purposes.

In view of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise by granting a decree of divorce by mutual consent. 3.
