We have heard Mr.Mayure, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.S.Patil, the learned A.G.P. and Mr.M.R.Wagh, Advocate for Respondent No.5.

Mr.Patil, the learned A.G.P. submits that the amount due and recoverable from the contractors is crystallized at Rs. 14,54,274/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Fifty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Four Only) and the authority has requested one year's time for recovering the amount from the respective societies.

The respondents are taking steps at a very slow space. 4.
The respondents shall take concrete steps for recovering the amount payable by the respective societies as per the rates fixed by the Board and applicable expeditiously. The same shall be done within a period of six months.

The Petitioner may represent themselves before the authority.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
