The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have cleared the 12th standard examination so also the NEET and admission rounds would commence for the professional courses. Production of validation certificates is mandatory. The claims of the petitioners for validation of their caste/tribe certificates is pending with the respective committees. The committees be directed to decide the same.

2] Mr.Lakhotia, the learned AGP submits that the committee has taken up the cases of the students who have passed 12th standard examination, on priority basis and the committee would decide the validation proceedings on its own merits on priority basis. 3] In fact some of the applications are filed by the petitioners for validation in 2018. The respective committee is required to decide the same.

4] Mr.Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at the principal seat, the members of the committee had represented the Court that the committee would decide validation proceedings preferably by 15th June 2019.

5] The schedule for admissions to the professional courses has not yet been declared. Naturally the petitioners, if are desirous of taking

admissions in professional courses are required to submit validation certificates.

6] Considering the above, the committees shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners (ofcourse on the petitioners' cooperating for expeditious disposal) expeditiously preferably before the start of the admission rounds.

7] Considering the fact that petitioners themselves have urgency in getting proceedings decided, the petitioners shall not insist for mandatory 15 days period to file reply to vigilance report. They will not be entitled to claim such a right. The petitioners shall appear before the respective committees on 13/6/2019. 8] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
