This Writ Petition is filed to grant recognition to the working of incharge Head Master Mr.S.M.Hashmi, so also restraining Respondent No.2 from interfering into the disciplinary proceedings undertaken by the petitioners against the Respondent No.3, so also to restrain Respondent No.2 from holding inquiry as per oral directions dated 5.6.2005 in the matter of appointment of incharge Head Master, so also challenging the communication dated 7.7.2005.

The Respondent No.3 in 2005 itself was 57 years of age.

With the passage of time, the relief claimed in the petition had become redundant.

In view of that, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
