Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the students. They submitted the applications to the respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat, Dist. Nanded on 2nd August, 2018 for issuance of tribe certificates that they belong to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. The necessary documents are also submitted. As they are desirous of prosecuting their further studies, they are in need of the tribe certificates.

Our attention was invited to the several representations dated 26th October, 2018, 14th December, 2018 and 6th February, 2019 to that effect made by the petitioners to the Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat. Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that as the applications are pending before the respondent - Sub Divisional Officer for a considerable long time, the directions be issued to the respondent to take early decision on the applications and issue tribe certificates to the petitioners. 4.

This being a limited prayer, the petition is taken up for hearing/disposal at the admission stage.

The copies of acknowledgement receipts of the applications submitted by the petitioners to the Sub Divisional Officer as well the other documents in support of their claim are placed on record. 6.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat, Nanded, to take decision on applications, dated 2nd August, 2018 and if the respondent arrives at a conclusion that the petitioners have submitted sufficient material to issue certificates to them, the respondent to issue certificates, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
