These three petitioners are siblings. The tribe claim of the petitioner (in Writ Petition No.6582/2022), is pending since 08/09/2011. The tribe claim of the petitioners (in Writ Petition No.6600/2022) are pending since 25/02/2014 and 08/09/2011, respectively.

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of the respondents,

In view of the above, these two petitions are disposed off. 4.

We direct the petitioners to appear before the Competent Committee on 06/07/2022 at 12.00 noon, and abide by the dates of hearing, on which the proceedings are posted. The petitioners would extend their wholehearted cooperation and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds. If the petitioners cause delay, the Committee would be justified in advancing to the next stages in the proceedings. Let the decision of the Committee be pronounced on or before 30/09/2022. (ANIL L.
