DATE : 20th APRIL, 2023 P.C.:- The case of the petitioner is that, he being owner of the land survey No.507 applied for measurement of the same with the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records i.e. respondent Nos. 4 to 7 to the petition. According to him, private respondents have raised objection to the said measurement and as such, the measurement was not taken to its logical end. According to him, the respondent No.4 needs to be directed to decide the objection in a time bound manner and proceed ahead with the measurement, as sought for by the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Yawalkar, learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submits that the petitioner can approach before

{2} 924 sr.no..odt the respondent No.4 on 27.4.2023 and the respondent No.4 shall take a decision qua the objection of the petitioner and that of the respondent, within a reasonable period.

In view of the above, we dispose of the petition. Notice to private respondents is dispensed with, as the order we are passing is innocuous one. We deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No,4 to decide the objection, if any and proceed ahead with the request of measurement in accordance with law. Objection to be decided in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent No.4.
