The grievance of the applicant is that pursuant to the directions of this Court set out in the order dated 18/07/2018 in WP No.8729/2014, the applicant put forth it's detailed submissions consisting of preliminary objections and its contentions. It is contended that this case has a chequered history of the then leader of the opposition, who is now a member of a Ruling party, influencing revenue authorities to persecute the applicant. Under such influence, the District Collector (Stamps) has stated that he would not consider the preliminary objections of the applicant. 2.

Learned AGP submits that there must be some misunderstanding and that the District Collector (Stamps), who is a responsible Revenue Officer, will never make such a statement. It khs/MAY 2019/5033-d

- 2 - is further stated that the District Collector (Stamps) would consider all the contentions of the applicant including it's objections and deal with every issue by passing a reasoned order. 3.

In view of the above, the civil application is disposed off with the expectation that the District Collector (Stamps) would consider all the contentions and objections of the applicant and shall deal with each of those by passing a reasoned order.
