2. The learned A.P.P. submits that no Appeal is filed by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prosecute the appeal pending before the Appellate Authority.

In case the Appeal is already filed, the Appellate Authority to expedite the hearing of the Appeal. In case the file of the Appeal filed by the Petitioner is not traceable, the Petitioner be given opportunity to file fresh appeal within four weeks from today.
